Ann is a facilitator, trainer, conflict practitioner and coach, working across all sectors and for organisations of all shapes and sizes to support them in development of their strategies and plans while involving and supporting their staff, teams, and client relationships.
Her approach often incorporates a wide variety of interventions to leave her clients with sustainable processes and the ability to further change and develop using their own experience and expertise.
These interventions include:
- Facilitation of Strategic Planning and other practical workshops to identify the needs and vision of the organisation
- Action Learning to engage teams in ongoing development and building resilience
- Coaching and mentoring for team leaders and managers to support self-development and the engagement and ongoing development of staff
- A selection of training in Collaborative Leadership, Action Learning Facilitation, Coaching and Mentoring and Conflict Management and Resolution to ensure the organisation can continue progress
